Another key factor to consider is what we call “digital-ability”.
Firstly, does the spa management software allow your clients to interact digitally with your business? In other words, can clients book their treatments, manage their bookings or purchase gift certificates online? Giving your clients the opportunity to book appointments without having to speak with a receptionist, however and whenever they want to, will drive more business to your spa without you having to do “anything”, except tapping into available digital platforms. One spa actually reported a 90% increase in total revenue after a year of offering an online booking option to their clients.
Secondly, is the software mobile-friendly? Can your consumers book their treatments across different devices? As technology advances and the way consumers buy changes, it has become increasingly important to make it easy for your clients to interact with your spa.
