For spa consultancy Tip Touch, Spa Balance combined a novel spa concept with a realistic business plan. We proposed the creation of a one-stop shop health clinic offering spa as well as more invasive beauty treatments. This was a new model for Cairo, where such services were typically not offered in one and the same place.
Spa Balance didn’t just push for novelty: together with Tip Touch, we developed a detailed business plan to back up the concept, focusing on ROI. And while we incorporated the owner’s wishes as as far as possible, we did not shy away from asking for critical changes such as moving milestones. The result? A game-changing concept anchored in pragmatic financial projections.
