This 2500 square meters facility located in a commercial centre, included a fitness area, spa and treatment rooms, and a cafe. When Spa Balance was brought in to help, the centre’s client base had badly deteriorated and the facility was losing money.

We ran a detailed audit and determined that injecting further capital and resources would never generate an adequate ROI or even recoup the initial huge investment that had been made. Our final advise to our client was painful but financially sound: sell or close.
